E-Typist Legal Transcription is an easy to use legal transcription service providing staffing and transcription solutions:

1. Dial in your dictation on our toll-free line OR

2. Upload files from your digital voice recorder or PC to our secure server OR

3. Email your voice files and we'll send them to the server for you OR

4. Dictate on your iphone, Smartphone or Blackberry and send your files to us.

iPhone Application

Dictate directly into your Apple iPhone, utilizing the Dictamus app (available at the iPhone app store for $14.99). Then save your dictation and "share" it. Dictamus will forward it directly to our work queue for transcription. You can record up to 90 minutes of dictation. Dictamus has all the recording features of a digital voice recorder – and won't use your cell phone minutes.

THEN:

Your voice file is sent on its way to one of our experienced legal typists through a secure server, routing your dictation to a transcriptionist through the Internet after being encrypted with a 128-bit encryption. The typists then transcribe jobs utilizing our Voice Client and word processing software, and then save and return them to the ChartNet server for review and delivery, all within 24 hours. With Chartnet, you have peace of mind knowing that your voice and document files are never stored on the typist's personal computer or laptop.

Large Files?

Have large dictation files? No problem - send them via E-Typist Express to our secure server, maximum 100MB.

Once you Send Files, you will be able to call our toll-free number and record your dictation or send your digital dictation.

Our experienced staff will promptly transcribe your documents.

Your document will be professionally proofread by a qualified administrator.

We will return the finished document through our secure server.
