VIVIAN SAXE, E-Typist President and CEO

After a 25-year career that included working for attorneys in private practice, municipal court judges, and as business manager for her church, Vivian decided to stay home and launch E-Typist Legal Transcription. Armed with little more than a website, her office experience, and a prosperity consciousness, in five years she has grown the business to serve more than 100 clients and employs 20 typists on a full and part time basis.

At the outset, E-Typist utilized Metroscript, a reliable transcription application service provider, and for five years Metroscript kept pace with the growing demand for E-Typist's transcription services. In 2010 Vivian made a decision to partner with ChartNet Technologies to better manage the steady growth and take E-Typist to the next level.

Vivian is committed to delivering a quality product on time, and listening to the concerns of her clients. For example, she recently launched E-Typist Express to provide a win-win solution for attorneys with a single project to be transcribed, or a desire to just "test us out and see how it works."

Besides quality, confidentiality and security is of utmost importance, and Vivian, with the help of the ChartNet system and her loyal staff of E-Typists, employs many 'checks and balances' to ensure this is a topic that continues to be addressed in the ever-evolving world of technology.

Vivian lives in Stow, Ohio with her husband, Andy. They are newlyweds and have four grown children between them. They are actively involved as mentors in a program for high school youth at their church. Vivian enjoys cooking AND dining out and spending time with family and friends.

We are a great team, comprised mostly of stay-at-home moms who log in to type while the baby is napping or the kids are in school, or tucked in bed for the evening:

I'm Tanya, a single parent working for E-Typist full time while raising an 8-year-old son and teenage daughter. I'm "always working" but won't be rushed, so my work is always letter-perfect.

I'm Kathryn, I work full time but with twin daughters in college (how do you spell broke?) I supplement the household income by typing in the evenings and on the weekends.

I'm Barbie, I'm retired living on a fixed income, I love the Lord, and I'm a whiz at medical examiner reports.

I'm Andrea, I lost my job when the economy took a downturn, and now work full-time for E-Typist, and I'm thankful to be able to be home for my kids, 7 and 9.

I'm Jan, I have 4 sons ages 16 – 22, I loves scrapbooking, and consider this my dream job (I admit, I'm borderline addicted!)

I'm LeAnna, I have 2 young sons and I'm always busy with their sports and schedules or my church where my husband is the pastor, but I'll always drop what I'm doing if there's a typing emergency.

Aloha, I'm Linda, I live in Hawaii on the island of Oahu, I attend school, and type as often as I am able, and I love working for E-Typist.

I'm Theresa, I work full time for E-Typist while juggling the kids' schedule and my family's love of boating in the summer, but I've been known to take my laptop with me to the marina and type if the weather takes a turn for the worse.

Shannon, Cindy, Susan, Pam, Kim, Lauren, Patty, Rose and Joyce round out the team – all have similar situations but bring their unique experiences to the team, and that's what makes this such a great "place" to work!
